This project consisted of two tilt-up industrial warehouses totaling 195,000 square feet in addition to a 2,500-square-foot speculative tenant finish. The buildings feature ESFR sprinkler systems, 36 dock positions and nine drive-in locations. Due to significant grade challenges, the project required detailed sequencing coordination of retaining walls and intersecting utilities.
