This project consists of the new construction of assisted living and memory care units in a structural steel and structural metal stud building. The ‘L’ shaped building sits parallel to Highway 40/64 with three levels at grade or above and one partially below. The basement level includes a 14,000 square foot footprint with walk out residential units directly into the courtyard. An additional 5,000 square feet is added at the entry level floor and continues on the floors above.
The building sits just above the highway to provide a great view of the City of Clayton while still maintaining privacy. An open lobby and living area with wood, stone, and glass architectural features greets residents and families upon arrival via the porte cochere.
The exterior of the facility consists of cement fiber board siding and stone veneer. Lush landscaping and walking paths surround the pond in the courtyard area.
