The Streets of St. Charles – a 1 million-square-foot mixed-use development – features a town square environment with all the latest amenities for shopping, luxury living, modern offices, casual and elegant dining, hospitality and entertaining. The site features 218,000-square-foot of retail, casual and elegant dining, two hotels, a movie theater, 100,000-square-foot of modern office space, a 309-unit residential tower, and several parking garages to service the massive development.
The Brinkmann team completed roadwork and utility infrastructure for this 26-acre site. Construction is complete on The Art Institute of St. Louis, a branch of The Art Institutes; the main tenant of a 100,000-square-foot office building. This 3-story building offers first floor retail and restaurant and two floors of office space. Additionally, Brinkmann completed construction of a 1,250-space parking garage, an 8-screen AMC movie theater, and a 400,000-square-foot residential tower consisting of 309 residential units and 60,000-square-feet of retail and restaurant space.
