Brinkmann Constructors combined fine Old World construction craftsmanship with the latest construction technology to create the new 40,000-square-foot advanced learning environment in one- and two-story structures on this 13-acre site.
The educational facility was residential in scale, with an exterior of “aged” red brick, white frame windows and gabled roof. Inside, 16 classrooms were clustered in the two-story wing. Broad spans of glass in the library and dining hall opened to adjoining woodlands. Recreational facilities included two soft surface playgrounds and one hard surface playground plus a playing field for soccer and baseball.
